Dauntless • showing fearlessness and determination. Incapable of being intimidated or subdued : fearless, undaunted. A dauntless person is brave and confident and not easily frightened.

Society • a group of people who live together, share common interests, and work together to survive. 

Being from NYC I’ve created a Dauntless Society amongst myself and my children. We’re determined to get to where we need to be no matter if it’s a journey or worrying about how long the journey will take, as long as we get it done. 

Growing up in NYC [Brooklyn] everything is so fast paced; I’ve grown to move fast & determined to get to where I need to be. Brooklyn was also a crazy era in the late 90’s/00’s so being a product IN the environment it made me fearless because I’ve seen everything under the sun, on the streets by time I was 10 years old living in the neighborhood I lived in.

It taught me survival skills and street smarts but the head OG’s in the neighborhood also taught me to chase my dreams and don’t fall victim to the neighborhood. They did that by investing in my report cards and school grades. What I mean by this is they rewarded me with afterschool store trips to our local stores and allowed me to put whatever I wanted on their tab as long as my grades were straight. That motivated me to always push myself because I knew the reward at the end would compensate for my hard work and dedication to school as long as I stayed dauntless.
